Candidates are required to provide their full legal name and a valid e-mail address. Should they be elected, they will also be required to provide a mailing address and phone number. Names, pictures, and answers to the application questions (excluding email address) will be published on the ENNIES website. Judges are responsible for any local, state, or national taxes or fees incurred, and are required to return any physical products at their own expense if they do not fulfil their responsibilities.
